Key Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Leadership & Vision

Provide visionary and decisive leadership to position NRBC Bank Securities Ltd. as a leading and trusted institution in the capital market ecosystem. Set the strategic direction of the Company, foster a high-performance culture, and drive innovation and growth aligned with shareholder expectations and market opportunities.

Corporate Strategy & Business Development

Formulate, implement, and periodically review long-term and short-term strategic plans in line with evolving market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Identify new business avenues and growth opportunities across brokerage, merchant banking, and investment services to ensure sustainable expansion.

Investment Strategy & Portfolio Management

Lead the development and execution of efficient portfolio management strategies across various asset classes. Oversee investment products and decisions based on sound market analysis, risk-return assessments, and client objectives to maximize value creation and long-term profitability.

Capital Market & Merchant Banking Operations

Oversee end-to-end securities brokerage and merchant banking operations, including equities, bonds, debentures, underwriting, issue management, and other capital market activities. Ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across all business verticals.

Market Intelligence, Research & Forecasting

Establish robust market research, trend analysis, and forecasting mechanisms to anticipate market movements and identify emerging opportunities and risks. Utilize market insights to guide investment decisions, product development, and strategic positioning.

Risk Management & Governance Oversight

Ensure the implementation of effective risk management frameworks covering market, credit, operational, and compliance risks. Promote strong governance practices and ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing capital market operations.

Regulatory Liaison & Compliance Leadership

Maintain close and proactive liaison with regulatory authorities, including BSEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant institutions. Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements, accurate reporting, and constructive engagement with regulators to uphold the Company's reputation and credibility.

Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management

Strengthen and expand relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders. Act as the primary representative of the Company in high-level engagements, reinforcing trust, transparency, and long-term partnerships.

Organizational Leadership & Talent Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire senior management and teams to achieve organizational objectives. Build a strong leadership pipeline, encourage professional development, and foster a performance-driven, accountable, and ethical work environment.

Decision-Making & Strategic Execution

Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities by translating market insights and business intelligence into actionable strategies. Ensure effective execution of plans with measurable outcomes and continuous performance monitoring.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• MBA / Post-Graduation degree from any recognized university with an excellent academic record.

• Must possess professional qualifications such as FCA / FCMA / CPA / CFA.

• No 3rd Class in any Academic Records.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the capital market, merchant banking, or related financial sectors.

• Experience as Chief Executive Officer in any reputed financial organization will be an added advantage.

• Proven track record in leadership roles within securities, investment, or financial services institutions.
